1. Application Form
- Action: Complete the Online Application Form available on our website or contact our admissions team to receive a printed form.
- Purpose: The application form collects essential information about your background, contact details, and chosen course/program.
2. Age Requirement
- Action: Ensure that you meet the minimum age requirement for your desired program:
- For Private Pilot License (PPL): Minimum age of 17 years old.
- For Commercial Pilot License (CPL): Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Other programs may have different age requirements; please consult specific program details.
3. Medical Certification
- Action: Obtain and submit a FAA Medical Certificate (Class 3 for PPL, Class 2 or 1 for CPL, depending on your goals).
- Visit an FAA-authorized medical examiner.
- Ensure you meet the medical fitness standards for flight training.
- Purpose: A valid medical certificate is required for flight training and certification. Please refer to the FAA Medical Requirements for more details.
4. English Proficiency
- Action: Submit proof of English proficiency (if applicable).
- Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency through an English language test (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, or an equivalent test).
- Purpose: All students must be proficient in English to ensure they can communicate effectively during training and with flight operations.
5. High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Action: Submit a copy of your High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED, international equivalent).
- Purpose: A high school education is required for enrollment in most FAA-approved flight programs.
6. Financial Proof/Payment
- Action: Submit proof of financial stability to cover tuition fees and living expenses (e.g., bank statements, sponsor letters, etc.).
- Purpose: Flight training is a significant financial commitment. You may also explore scholarships, payment plans, or financial aid options available through our academy.
7. Passport/Identification
- Action: Provide a valid passport (for international students) or government-issued identification (for U.S. citizens).
- Purpose: Proof of identity is required for both enrollment and training purposes.
8. Flight Experience (if applicable)
- Action: Submit records of any prior flight experience (logbook entries, if applicable).

- Purpose: If you have prior flight training, this will help us tailor your program to suit your needs and potentially reduce the required flight hours.
9. Personal Statement/Essay

10. Letters of Recommendation (optional)

- Purpose: Letters of recommendation are not required but may strengthen your application by providing additional insight into your qualifications and dedication.
11. Interview (if required)
- Action: Attend an interview with our Admissions Team (if requested).
- The interview may be conducted in person or virtually.
- Purpose: The interview is an opportunity for us to assess your communication skills, goals, and passion for aviation. It also allows you to ask questions and learn more about the program.
12. Review and Sign Enrollment Agreement
- Action: Review and sign the Enrollment Agreement once you have been accepted into the program.
- The agreement will outline program costs, policies, student responsibilities, and other important terms.
- Purpose: The enrollment agreement formalizes your commitment to the program and ensures both you and the academy understand your obligations.
13. Health and Safety Waivers
- Action: Complete and sign any health and safety waivers required by the school for participation in flight training activities.
- Purpose: These waivers are standard for all flight schools and help ensure that students understand and accept the inherent risks involved in flight training.
14. Orientation and Training Start Date
- Action: Confirm your orientation date and training start date.
- You will receive information about the academy’s orientation process, which will provide a comprehensive overview of the training program, school policies, and what to expect during your studies.
Next Steps After Admission
Once you have completed all the admission requirements and have been accepted into the program, here’s what happens next:
- Final Payment: Submit the required tuition payment or arrange your payment plan.
- Flight Training Schedule: Our team will work with you to schedule your initial flight training sessions based on availability.
- Prepare for Training: Ensure you have all required materials (e.g., flight uniform, headset, flight bag, etc.) before your first day of training.
- Start Your Training: Join us for your first ground school session and your first flight!
