FAA Part 141 Certified Courses
Students may contact our admission office to enroll for any of the following courses. The training is one-on-one and your course can be started on any working day of the year. Student must provide proof of US citizenship when enrolling. A valid US passport or US official birth certificate would satisfy this. Students who do not have the above or are not US citizens will need additional documents such as TSA clearance and finger print verification. Our office will guide and assist you through the entire process.
COURSES
COURSE ENROLLMENT
All documents required for course enrollment must be provided to AIAA at least 14 days prior to commencement of flight training. Student must have all study materials required for the course as well as attend a training orientation meeting with school faculty prior to commencing the course. Student must provide a current FAA medical certificate to AIAA prior to flight training.
COURSE FEES PAYMENT
A onetime Course Enrollment & Documentation fee of $225 is due at course registration.Courses are paid for on a “pay as you go” program. Payments are made at the completion of each lesson and are based on the time of aircraft operation and Instructor’s time for the lesson with the student. As listed below:

REQUIRED TESTS & PHASE CHECKS
Each course has required phase checks and tests as laid forth in the syllabus for that course and must be completed to qualify the student for graduation from the course of study. Timely completion of assignments and consistent flight training are important factors to successfully pass these phase checks & tests. The test and phase check fee is $178 per test/phase check.
SOLO PREPARATION & SUPERVISION
All student solo flights are required to be prepared, reviewed, signed off and supervised by an instructor. Student solo one on one preparation, review and supervision is billed at a rate of $65 per instructor hour.
STUDENT COURSE WORK & PREPARATION FOR FLIGHT TRAINING
Student understands that the success of the course is dependent on the student’s commitment, completion of home assignments, self-study materials and consistency of training. Long breaks in training diminished the skills and learning. Student agrees to train a minimum of 3 flight lessons a week at AIAA to achieve the expected training results, training hours and completion time. If the student trains less frequently, the student understands that the completion time, hours of training and length of course and total costs will be higher than indicated above.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Student shall schedule the training at least 3 days in advance of the schedule, using the online scheduler “schedulepointe.com. Student understand that the airplane resource and instructor resource is booked and blocked for the student when it is scheduled and cannot be available for another student’s training during that time. This causes a significant disruption in training and loss to AIAA.
AFTER HOURS & WEEKEND TRAINING
The normal working / training hours of AIAA are from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday, except holidays.
AIAA provides additional resources to provide your after hours additional training needs of student. A after hour convenience fee of $9.85 per hour shall apply for training during after hours, weekends and holidays.
CONFIDENTIALITY & TRAINING MATERIALS
All documents , records, training programs ,practices, training materials and training methods received by student at AIAA confidential intellectual property of Advanced international Aviation Academy. Student agrees to maintain complete confidentiality of the above unless they are publicly available.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & COMPLIANCE OF TRAINING POLICIES
Student/Renter has read and understood the AIAA Training and Safety Policies, procedures and manuals and agrees to operate aircraft and train in full compliance with them.
COURSE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Student may cancel their enrollment in the course at any time prior to the completion of the course. AIAA shall refund 100% of the enrollment fee to student if student cancels enrollment, at any time prior to the completion of the course. The refund shall be paid or credited to the student within 45 days of the students cancellation of the course.
Materials purchased from AIAA are considered non-refundable after 60 days from date of purchase. Services rendered by AIAA, such as: Aircraft rental, flight instruction, ground instruction, phase check fees, documentation fees or service fees, are non-refundable once the service has been provided and used by the student.
STUDENT NON-INDEBTEDNESS
Course Fess are “pay as you go” for hours trained by student or when using AIAA training facilities, materials and equipment. Student shall not be indebted to AIAA .
